I highly recommend working with Jessica. My sisters and I had to sell our father's house after he passed away, so it was already a difficult situation for obvious reasons. None of us live locally and we all have families so it was very stressful trying to figure out what to do with all of his stuff and how we were going to get the house in shape for showings. We are currently living in another state, so we had to do the entire process of looking for a home and research neighborhoods online.
